SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC), a diversified global media and advertising technology company serving Latino consumers, today announced it has entered an exclusive audio partnership with actress and ratings sensation Kate del Castillo and television personality Jessica Maldonado to produce and launch a weekly syndicated radio and podcast show. Neteando ("Real Talk") with Kate and Jessica, is expected to launch in April 2019 and will be carried on Entravision's owned and operated radio stations, along with other stations throughout the country.

Kate Del Castillo has worked in telenovelas and films since her early youth. She's won critical acclaim from both Spanish and English audiences with her performance in movies such as, "Under the Same Moon," "Colosio," "K-11," "No Good Deed," and "The 33." She lent her voice talent to Guillermo Del Toro's Golden Globe nominated, "The Book of Life." She's also seen in popular TV shows including, "Weeds," "Grimm," and "Jane The Virgin." Currently, Del Castillo is enjoying the massive success of her Netflix original series, "Ingobernable," which she also co-produces, and is looking forward to the launch of the highly anticipated La Reina Del Sur 2 this spring. Besides being a successful actress, she is also an outspoken activist and humanitarian. She was appointed as Ambassador for the Mexican Commission on Human Rights to help combat human trafficking. She is a spokesperson for PETA and has received numerous humanitarian awards and recognitions, including the key to the City of Los Angeles, where she currently resides.
Jessica Maldonado, an Emmy award-winning journalist, is considered one of the most respected and influential Mexican American reporters in the US. She joined Univision Network in the summer of 1999 as a correspondent for the number one rated, Spanish-language entertainment and news program, "El Gordo y La Flaca." She would regularly fill in as co-host on the show. She traveled all over the US and Mexico to report stories and host specials. Based in Los Angeles, Maldonado is best known for her exclusive interviews with the most prominent celebrities, as well as for her breaking news coverage. She has covered a wide variety of stories, from the celebrity arrivals at the Academy Awards to the Latin Grammy Awards to Michael Jackson's "Trial of the Century," to OJ Simpson's sentencing in Las Vegas, and the tragic death of Latin superstar, Jenni Rivera, among other historical events in entertainment. Jessica is currently the entertainment correspondent for the Telemundo newsmagazine, "Al Rojo Vivo".
