Karen Whitt Joins Colliers International

SEATTLE and WASHINGTON, June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Colliers International announced today that Karen J. Whitt, a respected real estate executive with 20 years of industry experience, has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Management Services.

Most recently, Whitt was the President of Property Management/Strategic Accounts for Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc., where she was responsible for strategic property management operations in the United States. Prior to her tenure with Grubb & Ellis, Whitt was a Principal with Trammell Crow Company (now CB Richard Ellis), where she was responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region's property management portfolio throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
