Karen Bausman Joins Caliber Home Loans as Managing Sales Director of Correspondent Lending Eastern Region

IRVING, Texas, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Caliber Home Loans, Inc., a leading residential mortgage origination and servicing company, today announced that Karen Bausman has joined the company as Managing Sales Director of Correspondent Lending Eastern Region. Bausman joins Caliber's existing Correspondent sales team of 10 Sales Directors who service customers on a nationwide basis.  Caliber purchases loans from delegated and non-delegated customers through Best Effort, Direct Trade, AOT and Bulk Acquisitions.   

Ms. Bausman brings more than 30 years of mortgage industry and financial services experience to the Caliber Home Loans team and has held numerous senior management positions throughout her career.  As Managing Sales Director of Caliber's Correspondent Lending Eastern Region, she will be responsible for spearheading the development of the Caliber Home Loans correspondent lending channel in that region, leading and directing divisional sales initiatives, and building production relationships.  Prior to joining Caliber Home Loans, Karen Bausman served as President at a premier mortgage services firm.
