Kaplan Residential Breaks Ground On The Wayforth At Concord

ATLANTA, Nov. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Last month, Southeast-based developer, Kaplan Residential (Kaplan), broke ground on The Wayforth at Concord, a 150-unit, multi-family development nestled in Concord, NC, just outside of Charlotte. Located at the northwest corner of Pitts School Rd. and Weddington Rd., The Wayforth at Concord will begin leasing in 2019. The community will be comprised of for-rent, single-story and two-story townhomes with private parking. With baby boomers and millennials as its target demographic, The Wayforth at Concord will offer multi-family amenities – including a high-end clubroom, pool and grill area and fitness center – typically only seen in mid-rise or high-rise communities.

Units will range from 1,240 square feet to 1,575 square feet and will begin at $1,625 per month.
