JW Marriott Indianapolis Included in List of Top 10 New Hotels

MERRILLVILLE, Ind., March 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The JW Marriott Indianapolis has once again been recognized as a premier destination for guests traveling to Indianapolis.

The hotel, which opened in February 2011, made Fox News' list of the Top 10 New Hotels, released late last week.

The JW Marriott Indianapolis offers more than 1,000 guest rooms in a 33-story tower, and more than 100,000 square feet of onsite function space. The hotel is connected by a skybridge to the Indiana Convention Center and has three, onsite, distinctive dining options, a full-service Starbucks, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool and a multi-million dollar public art plaza.

The Fox News article highlights the hotel as being at the top of the convention market, and the anchor of the Marriott Place development which includes five hotels connected to the Indiana Convention Center.

The hotel has also been recognized by the America's Lodging Investment Summit as the "Development of the Year" for 2011 and received Marriott International's "Full Service Opening of the Year."

"If we had to pick one hotel from this year's list for conferences, this would be it," Fox News wrote.
