Justin Truckenbrod Joins Lockton Companies

Experienced advisor brings total rewards consulting expertise

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton Companies announced on Monday that Justin Truckenbrod has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Total Rewards Consulting Practice for Lockton Dunning, the Dallas-based series of Lockton Companies.

Truckenbrod will lead Lockton Dunning's Minneapolis office and will support the company's growth nationally. "He is a very talented leader, consultant and strategic thinker who will help us continue to grow and diversify our services."

An experienced consultant, Truckenbrod advanced rapidly in previous roles at BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Senior Consultant within the Human Capital Practice at Willis Group. There he led total rewards consulting efforts for large, national clients.

Truckenbrod has advised large employers including publicly and privately held corporations, non-profits and unionized organizations on health and welfare and total rewards optimization projects. He also has expertise in compensation, merger and acquisition due diligence and integration, global benefits, consumerism strategies, financial analysis, and data analytics.

Truckenbrod holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota, and completed the Carlson School of Management MBA Essentials program.
