Justice Paralyzed By Corruption: Full Disclosure Network® Video
WASHINGTON, June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In his campaign against judicial obstruction of justice and to restore his law license, Richard I Fine, Ph. D., a former U. S. Prosecutor, filed his first amended complaint (Case No. 10-cv-0048) in Federal Court on May 5, 2011. Fine, who worked as an anti-trust attorney with the Department of Justice in Washington D.C., appears in a Full Disclosure® 2-minute video preview describing his legal battle to restore integrity to the courts. The full video is to be shown on public cable channels in major cities across the nation and throughout California and on the Internet. In his complaint, Fine names California Supreme Court Justices and State Bar officials who he alleges illegally conspired to disbar him at the behest of the Los Angeles County and State Bar Presidents who represented the County and a Marina del Rey developer, all having a financial interest in influencing the outcome of the cases that involved Fine and clients including Marina Strand Colony II Homeowners Association vs. County of L. A. URL: http://www.fulldisclosure.net/Programs/596.php?stream=0
Dr. Richard Fine spent 18 months in solitary "coercive confinement" in L A County jail without ever being charged or convicted of a crime. This was following his attempt to disqualify Judge David Yaffe who had admitted in court testimony to receiving [$860,000] illegally from L A County, a party to the case. Fine alleges that officials named in his complaint participated in unconstitutional acts and by disbarring him in the middle of case while they were representing the opposition to his clients. A summary of Fines' case and four causes of action is available here: or at this URL http://blog.fulldisclosure.net/2011/06/state-supreme-court-judges-state-bar.html
