HOUSTON, Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Just Energy Foundation is a proud sponsor of Houston's 5^th Annual Energy Day Festival taking place on Saturday, October 17th, 2015 at Sam Houston Park in downtown Houston. Hosted by Consumer Energy Alliance (CEA), a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization that seeks to improve consumer understanding of our nation's energy security, this free, family oriented event will showcase on-going advancements and innovation in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

From 11am to 4pm, students and their families will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of fun exhibits, games, and interactive presentations, to help highlight the importance of energy and how it is used to power our lives.

As a featured exhibitor, Just Energy representatives will be on hand inviting students to interact, ask questions and learn about innovative and sustainable developments in the energy industry. Participants can also visit the Just Energy booth for giveaways and more.
