Julie Collins is recognized by Continental Who's Who
LENEXA, Kan., July 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Who's Who is recognizing Julie Collins as a Distinguished Business Owner in the field of business as the Founder/Owner of Sassy-Senses.
The inspiration and origin of Sassy Senses came to Mrs. Collins long before its start. When her son was three years old he was diagnosed with Autism and a speech delay. In 2012, Mrs. Collins began to develop the idea further and pooling together resources to begin her business of selling weighted blankets. The blankets had become a staple in her home long before her son had received his diagnosis, and it really helped with his sleeping patterns. After seeing how tremendously they had helped her son Mrs. Collins went on to launch her business in the fall of 2015.
All of the designs for the blankets were inspired by Mrs. Collins son. With all the different textures, and the fun colorful patterns, there is a wide array of weighted blankets that someone could choose from that would match their tastes that offers the comfort and could help improve your sleeping habits.
Along with running her own successful business, Mrs. Collins is affiliated with the International Association of Women, and is charitable to the KVC Health Systems.
Mrs. Collins would like to dedicate this recognition to her husband Jason and to her children Payton, Christian, and Kayla.
