Throughout her career, Rentschler has represented landlords and tenants, property managers, sellers, buyers and developers in their real estate transactions and property holdings, and continues to advise and represent real estate brokers and agents. In addition, Rentschler has served as a judge pro tem for the San Francisco Superior Court and as a mediator and arbitrator.
Throughout the course of her education and training, Rentschler attained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Hastings College of Law at the University of California.
To further her professional development, Rentschler is an affiliate of several organizations including the Bar Association of San Francisco and the San Mateo County Bar Association.
Admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California, Rentschler has published several works in the fields of torts, civil procedure, and real estate, including "Retail Leases: Line by Line" published by Thompson West.
When she is not working, Rentschler enjoys fused art glass, cooking, and gardening. She is also a third degree black belt in Taekwondo.
