An esteemed consultant, Judith has been in the industry for over five decades where she specializes in education consulting. The sole proprietor of Targeted Alliances, Judith wears several hats within the business. From bookkeeping to scheduling and making travel arrangements, she is responsible for each facet of Targeted Alliances.
Providing consulting on K-12 education and HIV/AIDS education, Judith is an expert consultant specializing in conference keynotes, training, breakout sessions and all things pertaining to education legal issues.
A testament to her success, Judith was elected as Washington State Superintendent for public instruction, serving two terms from 1989-1997. She then went on to open her business in 1997 where she has been successful ever since.
Being diagnosed with HIV in 1995, Judith is extremely passionate about HIV/AIDS education and awareness. In addition to related conferences and public speaking engagements, she currently serves on the Board of Pierce County AIDS Foundation and the state HIV/Aids Steering Committee.
Judith has been recognized with numerous awards in both the fields of education and HIV/AIDS.
Graduating Cum Laude with her JD from Seattle University School of Law, Judith initially began her educational career with a M. A. in Communications from University of New Mexico- Albuquerque and B. A. from Pacific Lutheran University.
In the years to come, Judith hopes to continue her success in both the educational consulting and HIV/AIDS arenas. She has made a name for herself in both walks of life.
