Judicial Orders VOID?

Civic activist David R. Hernandez has filed this lawsuit to set aside California Superior Court Judge David Yaffe's VOID decisions on Prop "R" due to the fact that the Judge had accepted $860,000 from the County of Los Angeles (who certified the 2007 election results.) City Attorney Illegal Tactics

Fine describes a scenario where, in defense of the City and County of Los Angeles, City Council proponents of the 2007 Ballot Initiative, Proposition "R," have enlisted City Attorney Carmen Trutanich to scare off and discourage similar lawsuits against judicial rulings.  Hernandez is seeking to overturn the illegal ballot measure that promised "Term Limits" but instead extended Council members' terms to three, four year terms, instead of the existing two terms.

Sanctions Threatened Against Challengers

When asked if David Hernandez would get a fair trial considering that all the judges are getting illegal payments from L. A. County, Richard Fine says he must get a change of venue to another county in order to get a fair trial.
