Judge Sets First Jury Trial In National GM Case
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Nov. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Judge Jesse M. Furman, the Southern District of New York Federal Judge in charge of the nationwide GM Ignition Switch Litigation set a trial date of January 11, 2016 for the first personal injury/wrongful death case against GM.
