Jostens and New York Mets Deliver 2015 National League Championship Ring
Stunning Ring commemorates the team's fifth National League Championship
NEW YORK, April 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The New York Mets today presented team members with the 2015 National League Championship rings (NLCS) at a special ceremony the day before the team's season home opener at Citi Field. Created by Jostens, the leading national custom jewelry designer and producer, the one-of-a-kind Mets NLCS 2015 Championship ring commemorates the team's fifth national league championship.

Crafted in 10-karat white gold, the ring features 110 round diamonds and 42 round sapphires with a total weight of 2.75 carats. The ring top features all 42 round sapphires fashioned to create the NY logo. The logo is set atop an infield base path surrounded by a field of pavé-set diamonds. The words NATIONAL LEAGUE CHAMPIONS surround the top and bottom of the ring.
Adorning both sides of the players' rings are the iconic arches of Citi Field, which are patterned after the brick exterior of historic Ebbets Field. One side of the ring features the player's name above a silhouette of the New York skyline, overlaid with the Mets script logo that sits atop an image of the Brooklyn Bridge. The player's number is featured below the bridge. The other side features the National League Championship Series (NLCS) logo and the Major League Baseball logo surrounded by the words NEW YORK and the championship year 2015.
