Winner will have up to $10,000 of his credit card debt paid as grand prize
ORLANDO, Fla., June 30, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- InCharge Debt Solutions announced that Joshua Hawker of Spokane Valley, Washington has won its second annual "Be InCharge of Your Debt" contest. The lucky winner will have up to $10,000 of his unsecured credit card debt paid by InCharge and its contest sponsors. The competition was held in celebration of Financial Literacy Month 2011 (April).

Entrants were required to complete an e-learning personal finance literacy course, "Mind Your Finances," and submit a video response about what they learned from the course that will help them become financially empowered and "InCharge" of their debt. Mr. Hawker's video, which he called "Debt Battle," was selected from videos chosen by the general public to be the top contenders. Sponsors of the contest were Fairwinds Credit Union; Heartland Financial Services, LLC; InCharge Education Foundation, Inc.; Massey Communications, Advertising & Public Relations; Massey Services, Inc.; and, Robinson Radio.
