ABOUT JOSEPH W. ALBRIGHT

Mr. Albright has had over 35 years of experience in management and consulting.  He is the President and Founder of Performance Based Solutions, Inc., a management consulting firm.  He oversees the company and is responsible for performance-based management services, management leadership and advisory and consulting services.  Mr. Albright served in the U.S. Army for 28 years.  From May of 2005 to November of 2008, he held the position of Director for Situational Awareness, U.S. Army – Office of the Deputy Undersecretary, where he was involved in the development of a business enterprise approach for the space industry.  He received a B.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1976, an M.S.S. in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in 2000, and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute in 2001.  Mr. Albright is a member of Marquis Who's Who, N.S.S.A.R., A.S.M.E., A.O.C.A. and A.M.E.  He has several written articles pending.  He currently resides in Milan, Tennessee, where he enjoys woodworking, reading and antique tractors.
