Joseph Tamburino to Discuss MoA Protestor Charges with Fox 9 News
Joseph Tamburino, a partner at Caplan & Tamburino Law Firm, P.A., will discuss the criminal charges against 11 people who were part of a protest at the Mall of America.
MINNEAPOLIS, March 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- In December 2014, hundreds of people gathered at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota to protest the treatment of minorities by law enforcement, leading to 25 arrests and 11 criminal charges. This Sunday, Attorney Joseph Tamburino of Caplan & Tamburino Law Firm, P.A. will discuss the protestors' charges with Fox 9 News.
Although the exact attendance of the protest is unknown, more than 3,000 people confirmed that they would attend the protest on the Facebook page for the "Black Lives Matter" movement.
Now, 11 of those who attended the protest face criminal charges, even after more than 100 Twin Cities faith leaders sent an open letter urging the Bloomington city attorney to combat racial disparity instead of taking unnecessary legal action.
To hear Attorney Tamburino's discussion of the impending case against the MoA protestors, tune in to the 10:00 a.m. hour of Fox 9 News this Sunday.
