Joseph Genovesi to Lead RD Legal Funding's Deal Origination Team

CRESSKILL, N.J., July 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- RD Legal Funding, LLC is pleased to announce that Joseph Genovesi has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of New Business Development.  Mr. Genovesi will head up the team focused on deal origination for the firm.  "I am very excited to be joining a dynamic company in the post settlement legal funding industry.  RD Legal Funding is poised for growth and has an excellent team in place to capture the opportunity set in the legal funding space as well as the growing need for pure alpha absolute return vehicles within the hedge fund universe," said Mr. Genovesi.

Prior to joining RD Legal Funding, Mr. Genovesi was Senior Vice President at Paradigm Consulting Services, where he focused on hedge fund manager due diligence.  Before Paradigm, Mr. Genovesi was Vice President Global Analyst with Unigestion, Ltd., where he sourced new investments for the portfolios.  Mr. Genovesi achieved his MBA from Rutgers University and BS from Villanova University.
