Joseph Deglomini, Jr. Joins the Calvary Fund Board of Directors

BRONX, N.Y., Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Calvary Hospital has announced that Joseph Deglomini, Jr. has joined the Board of Directors for the Calvary Fund, which directs all fundraising efforts in support of the Hospital's unique and historic mission.

Mr. Deglomini is a Principal with Simone Development.  With his partner, Joseph Simone, they invest in office, medical, retail and industrial real estate throughout the five boroughs. Their development team currently has more than one million square feet in various stages of planning, construction, leasing, and delivery to the market. 

Prior to becoming a principal of Simone Development, Mr. Deglomini was a partner of Tower Properties Co., a prominent commercial real estate development and management firm in the Bronx.  He began his career as a leasing associate at Studley, a top commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Manhattan.

In addition to Mr. Deglomini's 13-year career in real estate development, he has a long track record of service to the community.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce since 2008.  He also serves on the board of the Westchester Square District Management Association and the Board of Directors of the Bronx Council Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Deglomini, his firm and his entire family have been long-time generous supporters of Calvary Hospital and have had several personal experiences with our unique care.

Mr. Deglomini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Lynn University and is a native of Nyack, New York.
