Highlights of the Healdsburg winery's events calendar include its first New Release Reveal Tasting, which will be broadcasted live online, eight seasonal vineyard hikes, a new Jordan Estate Rewards 10th Anniversary Dinner, five dinner parties and three types of harvest luncheon events during fall.
The first new event of 2018, the Jordan New Release Reveal Tasting on March 24 will feature a sit-down tasting led by winemaker Rob Davis and winery owner John Jordan, previewing three exciting new vintages before their official release date: 2016 Jordan Chardonnay, 2014 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon and the anticipated 2012 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon in magnum. For the first time since its creation in 2016, the Jordan Vineyard Hike experience will be offered eight times this year, with both morning and afternoon hiking adventures available. Morning hikes will take place in spring (April 20 & 21) and fall (October 24 & November 1), while the new afternoon hikes will be hosted in late spring (May 10 & 11) and summer (June 21 & 22). Tickets for this three-hour excursion, which culminates with wine tasting and a picnic lunch, are $95 per person. As part of the 10th anniversary celebration of the winery's loyalty program, Jordan Estate Rewards, a one-of-a-kind dinner is being hosted on May 19 for its gold and platinum members. Tickets range from $100 to $200 per person, depending on membership level and points redeemed.
