Jonathan Sachs Joins Catalyst to Lead East Coast Sales

Former Kroll Ontrack Director is Lawyer and E-Discovery Professional

DENVER, Sept. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jonathan Sachs, a lawyer and former executive with Kroll Ontrack, has joined Catalyst as managing director for the East Coast, where he will lead regional sales and business development strategies and initiatives.

Sachs comes to Catalyst after more than 11 years in leadership roles at Kroll Ontrack. Most recently, he was director of strategic markets, where he created and executed strategy for engaging corporate and law firm clients, maintained responsibility for key strategic clients, and helped enhance the company's visibility through speaking and publishing. Sachs also managed Kroll Ontrack's Hart-Scott-Rodino Act team responsible for pursuing and winning merger-related matters.

Prior to joining Kroll Ontrack, Sachs was a labor and employment attorney at K&L Gates and Proskauer Rose. He also practiced in the areas of insurance coverage and property tax appeals at McCarter & English.

Sachs is a frequent author and speaker on e-discovery law and practice. As a speaker, he has presented at Legaltech New York, Association of Corporate Counsel regional meetings, the eDiscovery & IG Retreat, and a variety of webinars.

Based near New York City, Sachs is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law and the University of California Riverside. He is admitted to law practice in New Jersey and New York and in the federal courts in New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
