20,000 people expected at Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area near Glamis, CA
MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Thousands of off-road riders celebrated Halloween in Glamis, California at Camp RZR. The event is a gathering of off-road riding enthusiasts and owners of Polaris RZRs, to celebrate the sport and the machines.

This three-day event brings in more than 20,000 off-road riders from around the country. Families, outdoor recreation fans and professional riders are all taking on the terrain of the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area.
According to PowerSports Business' 2013 Market Data Book, the off-road vehicle industry has surpassed the motorcycle industry in size. Experts say the growth is coming from both off-road recreational vehicles and those machines that offer utility features such has hauling and towing.
The 2013 Camp RZR event will include a sneak peek at a new RZR model, test rides, giveaways, food and fireworks.
