The addition of U-Haul products has not only increased foot traffic at Joice Portable Buildings – it has given his customers a way to transport many of the structures they purchase. Joice said one customer recently came by to rent a U-Haul truck and left with a portable building as well.

With the growing need for portable buildings in Texas, Joice is in a good spot. He has been in the business since 2006 when a building manufacturer told him his lot was the perfect size for selling portable buildings and similar structures.

Joice has always been ambitiously self-employed and used to sell large machinery before serving the community in his current line of work.
