MILWAUKEE, Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Johnson Controls, (NYSE: JCI), a global multi-industrial company, has increased the regular quarterly dividend to $0.29 per share of common stock, an increase of 11.5 percent. The newly increased quarterly dividend will be paid on Jan. 5, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 11, 2015. Johnson Controls has increased its dividend in 35 of the past 37 years and has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887.
