Johnson & Johnson's Ghadeer Al Yacoub Receives "PwC 2016 Leadership in Promoting Ethical Behavior in Medtech Industry" Award at Global Medtech Conference

NEW YORK, May 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC today announced the recipient of the 2016 PwC Award for Leadership in the Advancement of Ethics in the Medical Device Industry – Ghadeer Al Yacoub, Regional Healthcare Compliance Officer, Turkey, Middle East & Africa Johnson & Johnson, Medical Device & Consumer. Presented annually by PwC, the award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the advancement of ethics and ethical behavior in the medical device and diagnostics industry.

For the first time in the history of PwC's Ethics in MedTech awards, PwC also presented the small company compliance achievement in the MedTech Industry award to Ken Reali, president & CEO, Clinical Innovations, Inc.

This year's awards were presented at the 2016 Global MedTech Compliance Conference (GMTCC) in Dublin, Ireland.

The PwC Awards for Leadership in the Advancement of Ethics in the Medical Device Industry are conducted in cooperation with the industry organizations AdvaMed and MedTech Europe.  "This award is meant to highlight those individuals who are on the cutting edge of advancing ethics in the Med Tech industry.
