John Sarvadi Joins Texas Capital Bank's Houston Team

HOUSTON, June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Capital Bank, one of the most successful commercial banks in the country, today announced it has hired John Sarvadi as Houston Region President. Bill Wilson, who joined the bank in 2009, has been promoted to Houston Region Chairman. Houston is one of the bank's top growth markets demonstrated by its region bank tripling in size over the last four years. The strengthening of the Houston executive leadership team is in recognition of this dynamic growth.
Sarvadi brings 24 years of commercial banking and corporate finance expertise to his new role where he will initially be focused on expanding the bank's corporate and healthcare banking groups. He received his BBA and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is the current Board Chairman for Covenant House Texas.
Prior to Texas Capital Bank, Wilson held senior leadership positions at Wachovia and Bank of America. He graduated from SMU and is a member of the Regional Economic Development Committee of the Greater Houston Partnership as well as a Board member of the Texas Wildlife Association.
