John Lugar Appointed Senior Sales Representative for Bergen International

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- John Lugar has been appointed Senior Sales Representative at Bergen International LLC.  Mr. Lugar will be responsible for sales of Bergen International's Foamazol™ chemical foaming agents for the plastics processing industry in the Southeastern U.S. and Texas.  Mr. Lugar will be based out of Flint, TX.

He comes to Bergen International with over 15 years' worth of plastics industry experience in sales, plant management, product development, employee training, ISO auditing; and has held a number of positions including manufacturing manager, operations manager, senior technical service representative, and account executive.  Mr. Lugar comes to Bergen with an extensive background with a variety of polymers including PE, PP, PET, PC, PS, PVC, EVA, EMA, Nylon, ABS, as well as a broad range of plastics additives, such as colorants, slips, process aids, antioxidants, antistats, chemical foaming agents, and UV stabilizers.

Mr. Lugar is a graduate of Terra Community College with an Associates Degree in Plastics Color Matching. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Science Management, from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well a Masters Degree in Business Administration, from Indiana State University. He brings significant sales, production, and technical experience to Bergen International's chemical foaming agent business.  

Bergen International's Foamazol™ chemical foaming agents are available for use in most plastic applications, such as structural foam molding, profile and sheet extrusion, blown and extruded films, injection molding, wood-plastics composite, wire and cable, blow molded containers, polypropylene ribbon extrusion and others.  Foamazol™ CFAs are available in endothermic, exothermic and endo/exo blends. Forms include pelletized masterbatches, powders and liquids. Products are available for use with a range of resins such as PP, PE, copolymers, PS, PPO, and PPE. Custom formulations are also available.
