Now celebrating their 29th year in business, Lanc & Tully Engineering and Surveying P.C., is a firm specializing in Civil Engineering and Surveying, where they work hard to provide consulting and design services for site development and land planning for private and municipal clients.  The firm originated in April of 1985 and both of the founding principals have been working in the Hudson Valley area for over thirty-five years. In January 2004, the firm expanded from two to six principals.

Lanc & Tully, P.C. currently employs approximately forty people, including licensed Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, a licensed Professional Planner, Staff Engineers, Engineering and Surveying Technicians, CAD Designers, Construction Technicians, Drafters, and Survey Field Crews. He received his MS in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University and is currently a member of N.S.P.E., and A.S.C.E.
