John Hancock Retirement Plan Services Promotes Robert Stanley to Senior Vice President, Sales Development
BOSTON, June 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robert Stanley has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales Development, John Hancock Retirement Plan Services (RPS), it was announced by Arthur Creel, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, John Hancock RPS.
In this role, Stanley reports to Creel and is responsible for managing the teams that support the company's sales and distribution group including those handling training and education, business intelligence, meeting management, sales team compensation, broker dealer contracts, and competitive intelligence.
"Rob has made invaluable contributions to the success of RPS and I'm pleased he will continue to do so in this new role," said Creel. "His knowledge of how things work and ability to implement changes that lead to improvement make him a perfect fit for this position."
Stanley, who joined John Hancock in 2001 in Annuity Operations, most recently served as Vice President, John Hancock RPS Operations. Prior to joining John Hancock, Stanley served as a business consulting manager on the financial services industry team at Arthur Anderson.
He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Stanley will be based in Boston.
