John C. Brooks Joins Chemex Modular as Director of Operations

NEW WAVERLY, Texas, Dec. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chemex Modular, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of John C. "Jack" Brooks as director of operations for the company's facility in New Waverly, Texas. Mr. Brooks will also provide project management supervision for Chemex Modular's expansion of a refining facility owned by Niger Delta Petroleum Resources Ltd and other Large Capital Projects undertaken by the company.

A 1986 graduate of Texas A&M University's chemical engineering program, Mr. Brooks has 30 years' worth of diverse operations and engineering-and-construction experience.  Past assignments have included process engineering, project management, and business unit management. During past tenures with Fluor, Exxon Chemical, International Alliance Group, and others, Mr. Brooks has consistently expanded business through successful project execution and professional, accountable client relations. In his previous position at a Houston-based construction firm, Mr. Brooks supervised more than 800 employees and had direct profit-and-loss responsibility for the entire heavy-industrial division of the company. A firm believer in the innate benefits of modularized process plant design and construction, he is excited to join a growing leader in the field of modular processing plants.
