Joe Jonas Joins Britney Spears' European Tour
NEW YORK, Aug. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Joe Jonas announced today that he is joining the European leg of Britney Spears' upcoming international tour. The announcement follows the news that he is performing at one of Britney Spears' U.S. tour dates on August 5. He will be touring to support the release of his forthcoming solo debut album, FastLife, in stores in the United States on October 11.
The album's lead single, "See No More," was released in June and earned rave reviews from both Billboard and Entertainment Weekly. People Magazine recently included the song in their Hot Singles list. It was also just nominated for a Teen Choice award while the video for the song has racked up nearly 5 million views on YouTube and VEVO. Joe was Details Magazine's April 2011 cover story and is currently one of the cover stories for Paper Magazine's Summer Music issue. He made his U.S. TV debut as a solo artist on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" and his European TV solo artist performance debut on "The Paul O'Grady Show". He has also appeared on "Daybreak" in the UK and on "El Hormiguez" in Spain. He has been promoting the single and upcoming album extensively throughout Europe and North America this summer and is slated to appear at the Teen Choice Awards (FOX) on August 7 and perform on Lopez Tonight (TBS) on August 8.
