DALLAS, April 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The international 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recently gave top honors to JM Bullion in the "Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) – All Other Industries" category.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. Entries were considered in 61 categories for customer service and contact center achievements. Seventy-seven professionals worldwide acted as preliminary judges. Their individual scores were averaged to determine the finalists. The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements of those finalists were decided by more than 75 members of multiple specialized judging committees during February's final judging phase.
