Jim Ruel, Cox VP of Technical Operations, Appointed to Southeast VA Boys and Girls Club Board
CHESAPEAKE, Va., April 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Boys and Girls Club of Southeast Virginia (BGCSEVA) has named Jim Ruel, Cox Communications VA Vice President of Technical Operations, to its Board of Directors. Ruel is a Chesapeake resident.

As a Board member, Ruel will set policy for the Clubs and develop resources to sustain them. There are nine (9) clubs within the Southeast VA footprint serving the cities of Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Franklin, Virginia Beach, and the town of Exmore on the Eastern Shore.

Ruel is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and is a Penn State University-certified executive coach. He is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie's Human Relations training program.
