Garner, who has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, spent the past 10 years as owner or partner of consulting firms focusing on project management and strategy execution supporting the CFO organization, with a primary focus in financial services and energy.

Garner, who has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, spent the past 10 years as owner or partner of consulting firms focusing on project management and strategy execution supporting the CFO organization, with a primary focus in financial services and energy.

President and Founder of Virtus Consulting, a boutique consulting firm acquired by SolomonEdwards that provided financial advisory services, regulatory consulting, and interim CFO and Controllership solutions, serving clients such as Sallie Mae, Fannie Mae, AES, Deltek and Contour Global.

Garner is a graduate of Villanova University, a licensed CPA, and a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs.
