Jim DuCharme Joins Prime Therapeutics as Chief Financial Officer
ST. PAUL, Minn., May 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Therapeutics (Prime), a leading pharmacy benefit manager, announced today that it has hired Jim DuCharme as chief financial officer (CFO). DuCharme will lead Prime's finance operations and further build the company's foundation for continued growth.

Previously, DuCharme served as CFO and treasurer of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Inc. Prior to that, he was the CFO and senior vice president of finance at Capital District Physicians' Health Plan and CFO, vice president of finance and treasurer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. He received his Master of Business Administration in corporate finance from the University of Pittsburgh and his bachelor's degree in political science and economics from Dickinson College.
