"He also has dealt with a wide variety of personal injury claims including those against trucking companies and claims for contractual indemnities and insurance coverage issues. Jim's practice also includes the defense of business disputes."
"My goals as an attorney are to be responsive to my clients' needs and to resolve issues in a manner that most closely meets my clients' circumstances, whether through negotiation, trial or an alternative form of dispute resolution," Jim said.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas in 1969. He then went on to complete his Juris Doctor, also from the University of Texas, in 1971 – for which he earned honors.
