Jillian Griffiths Joins Clayton, Dubilier & Rice as Chief Operating Officer

NEW YORK, March 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice ("CD&R") today announced the appointment of Jillian Griffiths as Chief Operating Officer, effective March 4. Ms. Griffiths is a 22-year veteran and former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC"). She will assume leadership responsibilities for CD&R's finance, information technology, human resources, legal and office services operations.

While at PwC, one of the world's largest accounting firms with over 195,000 people in 157 countries, Ms. Griffiths was a partner in the firm's U.S. Deals practice, specializing in financial due diligence. She participated in over 150 transactions, dedicating a majority of her time advising premier private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies across a wide variety of industries.

Ms. Griffiths is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Miami University.
