Jillian Bordeaux Promoted To Vice President, Finance for Caroline
NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jillian Bordeaux has been promoted to Vice President, Finance for Caroline – the Independent Services division of Capitol Music Group – it was announced today by Capitol Music Group CFO Todd von Mende, to whom Bordeaux reports.
As Finance Department head, Bordeaux will continue to steer all financial functions for Caroline, including financial statement budgeting, analysis and projections as well as managing third-party label statements and cash disbursements. Bordeaux plays an integral role in Caroline's new deal negotiations and manages relationships with label partners to support label development and facilitate growth, among many other responsibilities.

Prior to her promotion, Bordeaux was the Senior Director of Finance for Caroline, and has previously held roles in the Finance Department for Capitol and Virgin labels. She joined EMI in 2006 as a Corporate Finance intern while still an MBA student at New York University's Stern School of Business. Upon graduating from Stern in the spring of 2007, she was hired by Harris as a Finance Manager for Capitol and Virgin, promoted to Director for Capitol Music Group (EMI) in 2009, and became head of finance for EMI Label Services (Caroline) as Senior Director in 2010.
