Jill Goodman Joins Rothschild as a Managing Director to Lead the Firm's Special Committee and Fiduciary Practice in the U.S.
NEW YORK, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Rothschild announced today that Jill R. Goodman has joined the firm as a Managing Director and will lead the firm's Special Committee and Fiduciary Practice in the U.S. Prior to joining Rothschild, Ms. Goodman was a Managing Director at Lazard, where she spent twelve years. She has more than 17 years of experience advising corporate clients on M&A transactions across industries, in particular situations in which there exists an actual or potential conflict of interest among directors on a company's board. Ms. Goodman focuses her practice on representing special and independent transaction committees.
