This year, child and parent teams submitted their recipes from August through November 2010. The sandwiches underwent an initial round of judging to determine the top 10 recipes which competed in an online vote. The final judging event included the top five sandwiches receiving a combination of the online votes and the scores from the preliminary round of judging.
