Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company Announces Winner Of The Everlasting Love Contest

NEENAH, Wis., June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- To celebrate a centennial milestone, Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, provider of Perfect Circle® Jewelry Insurance, partnered with celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss to honor and reward couples' commitments with the "Everlasting Love" contest. Earlier this month, Ariela of South Florida was named the Grand Prize winner, and will receive $11,000 Erica Courtney® platinum diamond earrings for her story of everlasting love: "For Better or For Worse, We're Always Better Together."

The "Everlasting Love" contest showcased couples who exemplify everlasting love in celebration of the company's 100-year history of insuring jewelry that represents that love. To enter, contestants were invited to share what everlasting love means to them through the contest website from April 30– May 21, 2013. Then, America voted on the entries to narrow down the competition to five finalists. Jewelers Mutual and Erica Courtney chose the winner based on originality, creativity and representation of everlasting love.

Four months later, Matthew took Ariela for her first Ferris wheel ride and when the car accidently got "stuck" at the top, he nervously surprised her with a romantic proposal. Matthew and Ariela's love shines bright and even in the darkest times, their love conquers all. Ariela's story was viewed 1,736 times and America cast 379 votes to make Ariela a top five Finalist.
