JetBlue to Waive Change Fees and Fare Differences to Assist Customers Affected by Hurricane Rina

NEW YORK, Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to inclement weather resulting from Hurricane Rina, JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU) will waive change/cancel fees and fare differences for customers traveling to/from Cancun meeting the specified travel criteria.

Customers originally booked for travel to/from Cancun on October 27/28 may rebook new travel through Tuesday, November 1, 2011 by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) or 001-800-861-3372 from Mexico prior to the departure of their originally scheduled flight. Customers with cancelled flights may opt for a refund. Original travel must have been booked on or before October 25.

All customers booked for travel to/from Cancun are encouraged to check the status of their flight online at www.jetblue.com prior to leaving for the airport. Customers with web-enabled cell phones and PDAs may check the status of their flight via mobile.jetblue.com.
