JetBlue Names Warren Christie Vice President, JetBlue University
First Florida-Based Officer for JetBlue
ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU) today announces the appointment of Warren Christie to the position of Vice President, JetBlue University, effective immediately. Mr. Christie previously served as Director of Technical Training responsible for Flight, Technical Operations and System Operations crewmember training. In his new role, Mr. Christie will lead the official learning organization for JetBlue, and will report to the value airline's Chief Operating Officer, Rob Maruster.

Mr. Christie is the airline's first Florida-based officer appointment, representing the airline's presence and dedication to the state. JetBlue currently operates the majority of its training at the Orlando Support Center, and more than 3,600 Crewmembers call Florida home.
