JetBlue Airways Reports September Traffic
NEW YORK, Oct. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ: JBLU) reported its preliminary traffic results for September 2013. Traffic in September increased 1.6 percent from September 2012, on a capacity increase of 0.6 percent.
Load factor for September 2013 was 79.5 percent, an increase of 0.9 points from September 2012. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.8 percent and its on-time (1) performance was 83.1 percent. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of September increased nine percent year over year.
