NEW YORK, Aug. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq: JBLU) reported its preliminary traffic results for July 2010. Traffic in July increased 8.3 percent from July 2009, on a capacity increase of 8.1 percent.
Load factor for July 2010 was 86.2 percent, an increase of 0.1 points from July 2009. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.4 percent and its on-time(1) performance was 75.2 percent. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of July increased 16 percent year over year.
