Jerry Leigh of California Announces Settlement of Litigation Regarding HoodieBuddie™ and HB3 Technology™ Products

VAN NUYS, Calif., Aug. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jerry Leigh of California, Inc., a leading apparel design, manufacturing, and brand management firm today announced the global settlement of all pending litigation between it and Dragon Crowd Garment Inc. dba Colorfast Apparel, Inc., and Lowdown Distribution, Inc., dba Colorfast Apparel, Inc.  The settlement resolves all claims between these companies in litigation pending in the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California and the District of Utah.

Jerry Leigh will continue to offer its innovative HoodieBuddie™ and HB3 Technology™ products and to license related intellectual property.  As part of the settlement, Jerry Leigh purchased additional patent rights relating to products that include a lanyard or drawstring with integrated ear buds and wiring to connect to an audio device.
