Jerome Cheese Company settles with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
JEROME, Idaho, June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jerome Cheese Company has agreed to a settlement with the EPA over discharges of non-contact cooling water. "There was no harm to the environment, in fact the water discharged to the canal system was of higher quality than the water already in the canal," said Jon Davis, Chief Executive Officer for Davisco Foods International, Inc.
