Jeremy Fago Joins PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services Practice
Valuation Specialist to Lead Services for Power & Utilities Clients
SAN FRANCISCO, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) today announced that Jeremy Fago has joined the Firm's U.S. Transaction Services practice as a principal. In this role, Fago will focus on providing valuation services for clients operating in the Power & Utilities industry across the U.S. PwC's valuation services professionals assist companies in determining fair value of assets for a range of corporate reporting and planning needs.
Fago brings more than 16 years of valuation and transaction experience to the practice, as well as industry knowledge on U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting, tax, and deal structuring for companies in the Energy and Power & Utilities sectors.

Fago most recently served as a Member of Management and the Global Head of the Energy Capital Markets Practice at PA Consulting Group, Inc. ("PA"), based in Denver, Colorado. While at PA, he served as an accounting and finance subject matter expert in projects involving corporate and project valuation, corporate and project finance, restructuring, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, earnings forecasting and financing feasibility analyses. Before that, Fago served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for e-Acumen, Inc., an energy software and consulting company, and was also a senior financial analyst for MidAmerican Energy Holdings. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Hastings College.
