Jeremiah Sunden Named Vice President of Capital Markets for Encore Equities

DALLAS, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Jeremiah Sunden has been named Vice President of Capital Markets for Encore Equities, a subsidiary of Dallas-based Encore Enterprises, Inc. Sunden brings seven years of commercial real estate acquisitions, development and finance experience to Encore with over $500 million of total transactional volume. In his role as Vice President of Capital Markets, Sunden will cultivate Encore's investor network and identify projects that meet the company's investment criteria.

Prior to joining Encore Equities, Sunden was vice president of Kinsman Equity Partners, LLC where he placed equity capital on behalf of investor and developer clients through relationships with high net-worth investors, private equity groups and fund managers.

Sunden has consistently been ranked by the Dallas Business Journal as a commercial real estate "Heavy Hitter." He is a graduate of Texas A & M University, a member of the CCIM Institute and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
