Jennifer Love Bruce Promoted to Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility

Love Bruce, who joined Bridgepoint in 2009, worked to develop and implement the organization's first corporate social responsibility program. Under her direction, Bridgepoint has produced outstanding results in helping support the company's key focus areas of education, youth, and the military. Love Bruce has spearheaded Bridgepoint programs that have supported youth literacy, provided military counseling sessions and summer camps, and delivered backpacks and school supplies to students in need. In 2016, Bridgepoint employee volunteers donated more than 20,000 hours of time in events that resulted in more than 12,000 pounds of produce and 800 bags of food sorted with Feeding America. In addition, more than 2,000 meals have been donated toward food drives, and more than 1,000 pounds of trash and debris collected during community clean-up events.

Love Bruce holds a professional certification in corporate citizenship practice from Boston College and has a bachelor of arts degree in communications from California State University, Fullerton. Her awards include the Helibron Award: Outstanding Service to the Community – First Place Large Company, the 2015 and 2016 President's Volunteer Service Award, Living the Mission Award, and Future Leader Award. Love Bruce is also an active wish granter for Make-A-Wish San Diego.
